Terms & Conditions
These terms set out the basis on which Anong Path provides its educational programs. Please read them carefully before enrolling. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Key Terms Used in This Document
- "Service" / "Program" — any educational workshop, course, or session provided by Anong Path
- "User" / "Participant" — any individual who inquires about, enrolls in, or attends a program
- "We / Us / Our" — Anong Path, operating from Khon Kaen, Thailand
- "Content" — all materials, handouts, slides, and resources provided during a program
- "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with any enrollment confirmation
- "Website" — the website operated at anongpen.pro
How This Agreement Is Formed
By submitting an inquiry form, making a payment, or attending a session, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- You are enrolling for personal educational purposes, not for resale or redistribution of our content
Our Educational Programs
Anong Path currently offers the following programs:
- Financial App Literacy — 2 half-day sessions (฿3,400)
- LTF and RMF Fund Education — 3 evening sessions (฿7,800)
- Post-Divorce Financial Rebuilding — 5 sessions over one month (฿14,200)
Program details including session dates, times, and venues are confirmed at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to adjust session schedules with reasonable notice.
Our programs are educational in nature. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or professional financial planning services. Participants are encouraged to consult a licensed financial advisor for personal guidance.
Registering for a Program
- Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full or agreed partial payment
- Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
- You will receive a confirmation by email once your enrollment is processed
- Enrollment is personal and may not be transferred to another person without our written consent
Fees and Payment
- All program fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿)
- Payment methods accepted include bank transfer and cash (details provided at enrollment)
- Full payment is due before the first session unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Prices are inclusive of all course materials provided during the program
Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the first session: full refund, less a ฿300 administrative fee
- Cancellations made 3–7 days before the first session: 50% refund
- Cancellations made fewer than 3 days before the first session: no refund, but you may request a credit toward a future program
- If Anong Path cancels or postpones a program, participants receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date
Your Conduct and Obligations
As a program participant, you agree to:
- Attend sessions punctually and engage respectfully with instructors and fellow participants
- Keep shared content and personal disclosures within the group confidential
- Not record sessions (audio or video) without explicit written permission
- Use program materials solely for your own personal learning
- Refrain from disruptive behaviour that may affect others' learning experience
Prohibited Activities
- Reproducing, copying, or distributing our course materials
- Using our content to develop or deliver competing educational programs
- Making false or misleading representations about our programs
- Recording or photographing other participants without consent
Ownership of Content
All course materials, worksheets, presentation slides, and other content developed by Anong Path remain our intellectual property. Participation grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use provided materials for your own learning. This licence does not permit redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use.
Nature of Educational Content
Our programs are designed to build financial literacy and confidence. They are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice. Individual financial outcomes depend on many factors beyond the scope of our programs. We make no representations about specific financial results participants may achieve after attending.
Program content is provided in good faith and kept up to date as far as reasonably practicable. Tax regulations, fund structures, and financial rules may change; participants should verify current details with appropriate professionals.
Our Liability to You
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Anong Path's total liability for any claim arising from our programs shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program in question. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses
- Loss of income, savings, or investment returns
- Decisions made based on educational content provided
- Technical difficulties outside our reasonable control
Ending the Agreement
We reserve the right to remove a participant from a program without refund if they engage in conduct that is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates these terms. You may withdraw from a program subject to the refund policy described in Section 5.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or from your participation in our programs shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
We encourage participants to raise concerns with us directly in the first instance. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues informally and promptly.
Additional Legal Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These terms, together with any enrollment confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between us
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision at any time does not waive the right to enforce it in future
- Notices: Formal notices should be sent to [email protected]
Updates and Revisions
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be published on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
