Challenge
Used the same paper passbook for 20 years. Her bank had moved most services online, but she'd been avoiding the app out of fear of making a mistake and losing access to her account.
Approach
Two half-day sessions covering her specific bank's app interface, with a facilitator guiding her through each step on her own phone, including setting up and verifying PromptPay transfers.
Outcome
Now manages transfers, bill payments, and statement reviews independently through the app. She reported saving two hours per month previously spent visiting the branch.
